  • Caliber ranging from 36, 42, 48, 54, 60 and 63. 

  • Rich in juice and acidic taste;

  • It contains vitamin B1, B2 and B3, provitamin A (carotene), which is found mainly in the skin, and vitamin A in fresh pulp and juice.

  • Average unit weight of 100g.

MANGO | MANGO

Tommy - From Brazil farms

  • The Tommy Atkins Sleeve  it is the most cultivated mango in Brazil and the most exported around the world. 

  • The skin mixes shades of red, pink and yellow when the fruit is ripe, has very fine fibers and a firm and very sweet pulp.

  • Excellent flavor, sweet and low in fiber. Relatively resistant to anthracnose.

  • It has medium fiber content and its flavor is less intense, with 16º Brix.

Kent  - From Brazil farms

  • Large fruits, 600 to 750g, oval, with a light green-yellowish skin, becoming reddish when ripe, and late maturing; yellow-orange pulp, sweet, without fiber. Vigorous and productive tree.

  • It is a large fruit (usually between 500g and 1kg), almost no fiber and very sweet, with 20.1º Brix. The pulp represents 62% of the fruit.  It is the “mango that is eaten with a spoon”, because it has so little fiber.

Palmer  - From Brazil farms

  • It has a very small size and can be considered a semi-dwarf, with a beautiful and open crown. The fruits have a purple skin when "at once" and red when ripe.

  • Its pulp is sweet and yellowish, firm, good flavor, with little or no fiber.

  • Another advantage of the variety: its stone is small, which guarantees a consistent pulp and the best use of the fruit.

  • Pulp/fruit ratio is 72%, medium fiber content and thin skin.  It has great flavor, with 21.6º Brix.
