The main maritime mangos of Brazil

MANGO PALMER: Low fiber content, medium to large fruits, weighing up to 900 g, with an elongated shape, fruit with an attractive internal red skin color, transitioning in its full maturation to yellowish, firm pulp with a smooth aroma and texture. In its full maturation it reaches high levels of sugars. SHELF LIFE: 14 TO 25 DAYS – TEMPERATURE: 7 TO 9 DEGREES | HUMIDITY: 90% - SEASONALITY: all year, except in the rainy season. Cartons for export: 4 kg in cardboard.

KEITT MANGO: The fruits are large, ranging from 950 to 1000 kg, oval shape, smooth skin with greenish and pinkish-red color, intense yellow pulp, without fibers, which makes it succulent on the palate. Good for slicing. This mango variety contains 83% water, and despite its sweet taste, it offers us few calories and sugars that are easily assimilated by the body. Very sturdy for travel. SHELF LIFE: 14 TO 25 DAYS – TEMPERATURE: 7 TO 9 DEGREES | HUMIDITY: 90% - SEASONALITY: all year, except in the rainy season. Cartons for export: 4 kg in cardboard

MANGO TOMMY ATKINS: Medium to large sized fruits, high fiber content. Reddish skin color with thick skin and resistant to handling and transport. The pulp has a firm texture and in its full maturation the predominant color changes between yellow and orange, pleasant and sweet flavor.
